About Trimas Music

From rough idea to release-ready record.

How This Started

Trimas Music didn't come from a business plan or a grand vision. It came from a need — the need to give ideas room to breathe and become music.

Making music, for me, rarely begins with certainty. It starts with something incomplete: a thought, a melody, a feeling without form. That unfinished starting point is what my work is built around.

Music & Stories

Music has always been tied to stories for me. Sometimes they're stories I've lived. Sometimes they only exist in my head. Music is how I make sense of them — how I make them real without needing to explain everything in words.

That's what drew me to songwriting in the first place. And it's still what drives Trimas Music today.

From Idea to Song

Good songs often start with doubt. Something that doesn't sit right yet. Something you're not sure is worth pursuing. Something without direction.

When I first started writing and producing, I wished I'd had someone to help me work through that doubt — someone who could help me organize my ideas, make decisions, and know when something was actually finished. That's the role I take on now when I work with other artists.

I don't see uncertainty as weakness. It's a natural part of making something meaningful. In fact, it's often a sign that you care enough to get it right.

How I Work

I work with singer-songwriters who take their music seriously — artists who are willing to dig deep, experiment, and refine until it's right. I don't use templates or offer quick fixes.

My role changes depending on what you need. Sometimes I listen and ask questions. Sometimes I take the lead and provide direction. If you hum or sing a melody, I can usually build it out on the spot into something we can develop together.

I work both in my studio in Elsloo and remotely, depending on what serves the song best. What matters most isn't the location — it's the depth of the work.

I'd rather spend time on what makes a song last than on what makes it launch quickly.

Original Music

Alongside my work with clients, I write and produce my own music in English, Dutch and Limburg dialect. It keeps my creative instincts active and my standards high. Exploring my own ideas sharpens how I listen, shape songs and guide others from first spark to finished release.

Who This Is For

Trimas Music is for artists who value collaboration, welcome feedback, and want to go deeper. If you don't just want your music finished — you want it to be good — we'll probably work well together.

If you prefer working with templates, tight turnarounds, or plug-and-play solutions, this probably isn't the right fit. And that's okay.

Where I'm Based

Elsloo, Netherlands

I work both in my studio and remotely with artists around the world. Most projects involve a mix — remote sessions for songwriting and iteration, with occasional in-person work when it makes sense.

Remote collaboration includes video calls for writing sessions, file sharing for production feedback, and regular check-ins throughout the process. Geography doesn't limit the work we can do together.
